Sitting, Standing, Outside...

Austin has been better at his potty training.  He has gone through stages where he is totally interested, and we think "Yeah, here we go, this is it!" But then he loses interest as fast as he gained it.  The past week he's been wearing underwear to school and continues to wear them at home...he accompanied me to Ethan's 4 month well baby check last week in them and did fine.  We went to WalMart after school and he did fine.  He's had maybe 2 accidents peeing in his underwear, and about 4 pooping accidents.  Even if he gets the tiniest skidmark in the underwear he refuses to put them on and has to get a clean pair.  The other day Michael had him go pee standing up - outside - and he thought it was the greatest thing. Peeing like a man.  So, I tried having him stand up in front of the big potty, and he did great!  Now he wants to stand up all the time.  It's cute how he sticks his belly out to go, leaning a bit foward (can't really grab anything to aim yet)....I'm amazed it all ends up in the potty!
