Henrietta: Visit #2

Henrietta is visiting us for the night. I almost missed the ginormous pink/brown/white backpack hanging on Austin's hook at school when I picked him up today. This is the second time we are graced with her presence. Austin took to taking care of her and playing with her tonight....he did better the second time around. Of course, he wanted a little photo shoot with her, and Ethan had to take part, too. Don't forget the little people. :)

Big Deals!

The Big Wheel I earned by saving Pampers codes....well, it has been assembled by yours truly and is being ridden by the boys...


The snow has finally melted...

The grass is starting to show signs of growth...

Games of catch with Sasha can resume...


I've been able to open windows in the house to let the breezes flow in...

The sandbox is once again open for business...


Everywhere I look there are signs of green shooting up through the dirt reaching for sunlight...

Caterpillars are out and about...and being caught for a few moments to allow a 5 year-old to get tickled...


Ugly feet are still ugly, just now in flip-flops and bearing color on the nails...

Looped Up!

Remember the days of stringing Froot Loops onto yarn, then wearing it as a necklace?
Austin made another necklace last week.


But then...what older brother has, younger brother wants.
So Austin made Ethan one.
Ethan ate his all gone.
We made him another one.
He ate that one all gone, too.
Austin still has his.
It might become birdfood, seeing it is probably stale.
